Our Float Trips
4.5 Mile Float – Peeler Bend
Your rental includes your boat, paddles, vest and shuttle to the put in. Peeler Bend to Lyle Park is approximately 4.5 miles and can be floated in 2-3 hours (depending on water level).
Canoe – $50
Two Person Kayak – $50
Kayak – $35
Shuttle only – $15
9 Mile Float – Paul Wright
Your rental includes your boat, paddles, vests and shuttle to the put in. Paul Wright to Lyle Park is approximately 9 miles and can be floated in around 4-5 hours (depending on water level).
Canoe – $55
Two Person Kayak – $55

Shuttle only – $15
All paddling times given are approximate and will vary according to weather, water conditions, and the progress paddlers make down the river. You may spend as long as you like paddling and enjoying your trip, but we do require all rented equipment to be returned before 7:00 p.m. or a $30 per boat, per 30 minutes, late fees may be charged.

Information for your float
To begin your adventure—
SHUTTLE ONLY SERVICE first come to the Saline River Canoe office, check in and then our friendly staff will help get your boats and gear un/loaded. Then you will park in the Saline River Canoe lot (across the street from Lyle Park) and finally make your way back to Saline River Canoe.
RENTAL PATRONS first park in the Saline River Canoe lot (across the street from Lyle Park), make your way to the Saline River Canoe office, check in and then our friendly staff will help you get your gear over to Saline River Canoe.
EVERYONE please arrive promptly at your scheduled check in time, this will ensure we get you and everyone else signed in and loaded in a timely manner. Once everyone is checked in we will shuttle you to the put in location and you will conveniently float back to Lyle Park.
In the event that you are late unfortunately we will not be able to wait BUT we will make every effort to get you out on the next available shuttle.
Children ages 5 and older are welcome to join you with a signed parent/guardian waiver.

Please click on the link below to be sure you’re familiar with the things you can and can not have on the river. We do provide each floater with life jackets and mesh bags. Other items to bring: water, ice, snacks, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, dry box, water shoes, fishing poles, etc.
